Cordell Jackson- Live In Chicago

At age 72, Cordell Jackson shared her signature ballgown-dressed boogie-woogie blues at Chicago’s Schuba’s nightclub in November of 1997 captured on the Live In Chicago album. The Memphis born and raised rockabilly pioneer was a one of a kind American icon who owned and operated her own recording studio and record label in the 50s and continued to make music until her passing at 81 in 2004.
