“Rina” is the debut single from a collection of songs by Mad Anthony, a mostly forgotten about 70s folk rock trio whose reach remained within the bar circuits of Ohio until now. The Lost Tapes, the band’s demos that never materialized into a label contract or nationwide tour instead found the ears of bandmember John Schwab’s son, Ben Schwab whose interest in the breezy recordings from a lifetime ago inspired him to form his new band Sylvie from the spirit of these tunes.
