Jon Iverson- Many Worlds Interpretation

From his beginnings as Weird Al Yankovic’s college roommate and early career collaborator in the late 70s, Jon Iverson’s intentions were on “serious” music inspired by Vangelis and Tangerine Dream. By the middle of the 80s, Iverson had his own home-studio in Los Osos, California hand-painted with psychedelic flora where his special style of electronic cosmic Americana took shape. Moogs and other synthesizer hardware weave through airy acoustic guitar ragas and heady percussion elements for a truly otherworldly listen. Trusty keepers of outsider music Séance Centre present Jon Iverson’s archival Many Worlds Interpretations compiling a batch of his best reels together for the first time.
