Alhaji Waziri Oshomah- Vol. 1​-​5 (1978​-​1984)

The Great Daddy of Etsako, The Oyoyo King, The Great Father of the House; all names for Nigerian highlife star Alhaji Waziri Oshomah whose work was released by Luaka Bop in the third wave of their World Spirituality Classic series following 2017’s The Ecstatic Music of Alice Coltrane Turiyasangitananda and 2019’s The Time For Peace Is Now. Now, the complete, five-album Volume series by Waziri Oshomah and His Traditional Sound Makers is coming to back to vinyl celebrating his output between 1978 and 1984.
