Arriving late but better than never at all, the long-lost record from the mystifying West Coast songwriter Lee Baggett titled Just A Minute has been exhumed from the vacuum of time by none other than Perpetual Doom, denizen of the outsider art sphere. Baggett’s magnum opus, recorded sometime between 1979 and last year, bottles the freewheeling vitality and unending glow of the journeyman creative, notable Little Wings collaborator, and inconspicuous influence on the palette of independent music.
