The Globetrotters- S/T

Along with wholesome basketball arena theatrics, the original 1970s Globetrotters carried their characters into a Saturday morning cartoon series soundtracked by a squad of pop-hit songwriters like Ron Dante, Rudy Clark and J.R. Bailey whose bubblegum country soul theme music sounds a lot like a mash-up of The Jackson 5 and The Band.
