Songs For Tres is a tribute album like none before it. Members of Psychic Ills come together to commemorate the unfortunate passing of their soul mate and band leader Tres Warren by recording a suite of sentimentally selected covers adored by Warren such as Dennis Wilson’s “Rainbows” and Blaze Foley’s “Clay Pigeons.” The compilation finds space for each bandmate to craft their own original song to symbolize the musical experiences shared with their lost brother honoring his memory and impact on the group and music community at large.
