New Commute Cancelled Tours Project // Pt. 4
As the quarantine orders creep toward the summer, tour postponements and cancellations continue to sprawl. In these circumstances, it remains vitally important for those fortunate enough to have the means to keep supporting all aspects of the music industry. Buy albums, buy merch, buy artwork. We have completed three giveaways in the New Commute Cancelled Tours Project loaded with rare and invaluable gifts from the extremely gracious list of contributors detailed on the flyer. Hundreds of emails have dropped into the inbox with participants presenting their receipts entering the contest and showing support for a diverse set of bands, artists, and labels.
As our way of stimulating the indie music economy, we’re proud to launch the fourth raffle with an unreal haul of hand-illustrated and signed LPs, rare photos and artwork, and out of print posters and books!
To enter: send proof of purchase of an album ($5 or greater) from a band or musician, label, or local record store bought April 30th or later to cancelledtoursproject@gmail.com. Proof of purchase must be a screenshot after payment is completed. We recommend using the artist’s Bandcamp page if one is available, a band or artist store, label store, or an online local record store. A winner will be randomly selected on Thursday, May 7th at 10:00 AM EST. If there are questions, please contact cancelledtoursproject@gmail.com.
