Leroy Vinnegar- Glass of Water

From one of the best named guys in jazz (and equally amusing cover art), the defining album from Leroy Vinnegar, 1973’s Glass of Water, now back in print courtesy of Ontario’s On High Records, features Vinnegar’s trademark “walking bass” upright rhythms woven through Rhodes and Wurlitzer expressions.
